I gave my whole SELF to GOD my Father today. I no longer live with burdens, nor encumbered by weight on my shoulder. I have given to him, my urges, my cravings, my longing for protection, comfort, understanding, nurturance, being truely cared for. I feel the Lord's LOVE. I am his child. With him I am complete, I am at one with all living things. I do not hunger for I am Full. I do not Yearn for I am not wanting. I do not Pursue for I am no longer anxious.
