its not a flaw, many cars in le mans had done it over the years, its when they come down mulsanne over a hill and the wind gets a grip under the car.

The front lifted and the air (remember that this is close to 300kph or 200mph) pushed the rest of the car up.

Was a flaw in the car's construction.

It is called lift. Similar to a wing creating life from high and low air preasure, cars create downforce which is lift flipped upside down. They are basically upside down wings. The car probably had a spoiler or diffuser malfunction and direct the air flow in a wrong angle resulting in the car catching air.
