Luv the cast changes, the change in writing staff is clear. I think they just about got rid of everything i hated or disliked about the show.

April was 14 when she killed her son as a minor she would have 2 had been sentenced as a minor including mental state during the crime she would have received a short sentenced.
@wildjoe85 not all states treat teens as minors, some can be sentenced as adults, but your right, her mental state could have given her a short sentenced, if they could prove that she was actually in mental distress.
the only reason i would watch this show is for the red head woman other than that i dont see no use for this show!!!!!
