I am glad we did not get Namdi. It causes the team to focus on what draft picks we have acquired in the past 3 years. Why not develop the talent we have. JJ is the main problem with Dallas these days but at least the Boys should come out fighting and play with some heart under Garrett, and depsite the wholes on the D, I think Rob Ryan is going to drastically imrpove the unit. Sure the eagles are the sexy team right now, but I like when Dallas is a little more under the radar. Besides, I enjoy the NFC East every year because it is arguably the best division year in, year out, if not for records, but for sheer quality. GO COWBOYS!

Jerry Jones IS the Cowboys BIGGEST problem. The day Jimmy Johnson left it was clear what kind of organization it was going to be from then on. A football club with an owner who doesn't allow his staff to make the calls and run the business of putting a great team together and letting the coaches do their job. I understand your concern, with the line. But we have a great tight end in Bennet to help block on the right side, not worried there, and davis was benched in favor of holland against the titans. Don'y get me wrong, holland is not great, but he did play decently when inserted into the games. His main problem is staying healthy. He would come in like 2 plays and then get hurt. But look on the bright side, Garrett has guys actually competeing for jobs! Better than Wades training camps at least! :)

I am glad we did not get Namdi. It causes the team to focus on what draft picks we have acquired in the past 3 years. Why not develop the talent we have. I will wait until the season begins before assessing this team. I never seen any team win the superbowl in week one. We needed to get younger any way Shango. great video shango. it sure is frustrating cheering for this team, I always will, but it is painful to watch the moves or lack there of that Jerry makes. I don't get it, how does he go from being one of the best to one of the worst? We'll see this year, looking at the schedule, against NFC east teams, Jets, Pats, we could be in for a long season, yet again. Should win the NFC West games but that may be it. Optimistically I saw we go 9-7, realistically i think we go 6-10 or 5-11

JJ is the main problem with Dallas these days but at least the Boys should come out fighting and play with some heart under Garrett, and depsite the wholes on the D, I think Rob Ryan is going to drastically imrpove the unit. Sure the eagles are the sexy team right now, but I like when Dallas is a little more under the radar. Besides, I enjoy the NFC East every year because it is arguably the best division year in, year out, if not for records, but for sheer quality. GO COWBOYS!

The Cowboys sold us in the beliefe that Stephen Jones was a salary cap master and squeezed out every drop of blood he could out of every dollar in the cap. I only see alot of waste myself, and you're right the Cowboys rarely rarely remedy with solutions and that line is horrible and the defense is thin and pretty bad. We are going to get a good shot at Andrew Luck so you better accelerate Romo's guranteed this season, then get atleast some kind of draw maybe a Braylon Edwards or Ced Benson

I agree with you 100%... Jerry listened to us.. He go rid of everyone we told him to get rid of... But he doesn't recoup the losses with someone better... But with that being said, I think we're all jumping the gun as to say what our season will be... This year is full of uncertainty, yes... But I think we should give Jason, Rob, and the rest of the team a chance... No matter how slim it may be...

Jerry has always been like that.He got away with it in the 90's because of the lack of a cap.Jenkins went to philly most likely because of the excitement around the team this yr(vick, nnamdi, djack, asante, etc).Jerry needs to realize all we need is a f*cking o-line and average starters at safety.We need to do our NEEDS instead of players he wants.Our skill positions are good.But Romo can't do s*it if he's on his ass all game.Also, Im sure Rob Ryan will get the blame if things go to shit this yr

@CowboysAreDaTruth if Romo is constantly getting pressured and sacked it doesn't matter how good our other players are. It amazes me that Jerry doesn't realize the offensive line is the most important part of a football team. If we have no line romo gets no time and the rb's have no room to run. Doesn't matter how fast murray and jones are. If they have no blocking they can't do shit!

Me and my Dad agree with you Shango. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. How can the Cowboys expect to be a contender for anything when all they have have done in free agency is resign their same players they had when they went 6-10 last year. Didnt Romo go down last season because a rookie missed his assignment?Now Jerry is surrounding him with even more unproven rookies.

In those games we beat NY, Philly, Colts,.... shoulda beat the Saints but Roy fumbled...
If all you see is 6-10 = horrible year, and not the Positives of hiring Jason Garret than idk what to tell you. It wasnt the players nearly as much that it was the coaching.

I know it's a stretch with the receivers we have right now, but I've been at camp every day (except today) so far..
And someone that has really showed up is Ogletree.. Dude's been making plays! If he can somehow be consistent, he can definitely play the "Crayton" role. Plus, with his speed, he'll be a huge threat in the slot

I understand your concern, with the line. But we have a great tight end in Bennet to help block on the right side, not worried there, and davis was benched in favor of holland against the titans. Don'y get me wrong, holland is not great, but he did play decently when inserted into the games. His main problem is staying healthy. He would come in like 2 plays and then get hurt. But look on the bright side, Garrett has guys actually competeing for jobs! Better than Wades training camps at least! :)

Jason Garrett and Rob Ryan are making the decisions on who to get and who to not go after.
Jerry's involved, but if we don't even attempt to sign Jenkins, Huff, or any other player, it's because either Garrett or Ryan or both didn't want them.

Shango acts as if the jets, pats, and other top teams has 5 exceptional perfect line men to protect their qb... No one does.

All you remember is the fumble against the redskins and lose all confidence in the guy.. just ignoring all the good stuff like being the 1st rb in years to get 100 yds against the steelers..
