i) it's because they're canadian(under EMI Canada, so they're only a National band).

ii) They're post grunge which has a very small fan base.

Even if supported they wouldn't sell.

@Dinyang have you not heard what is on the radio? the only way for them to make it now days is to go on 'alternative' radio as to avoid your JB, lady gaga and all your other i want to have sex with you/ sappy love songs. As I said no originality on the radio, and I am said that they won't get the millions of advertising that less talented artist receive for their generic crap....

Yeah but alternative rock/indie still has a large commercial set. It's not completely the fault of the evil crooks at Gaga-Bieber corp. They're not famous because of the reasons I listen above. Sure, most people listen to music hedonistic and don't support 'original and non generic' music, but this band wouldn't sell.

If people pay for it it's good. I've never listened to a JB song and despise Lady Gaga but at the end of the day it's simple market competition.
