my bed came from genmany it's real HQ wood bed ..as most of u are saying ,,i have it since 14 years ago ( im 15 now ..my dad got the bed for me :P ) .. and im dieing to get bed's that looks like ikea beds ..cause mine looks like an antic piece i want modren ,,ppl say dont get ikea its not good quality ??? HELP !!!
what was wrong with your old bed? from the video the old bed looks like it was worth at least 50% more than the ikea one. i guess you wanted to get your room a more cleaner appearance like how ikea stores make it look. i guess people like conformity.
all ikea beds are are shitty particle board & veneer!! the only thing solid wood (solid PINE that is) are the slats. unfortunately real wooden beds are hella expensive, man!
Yeah they may be but this bed has held up super awesome. We've had it since March of 09 and not a nick, scratched, or broken piece to it. And I'm an uber clutz and we have 2 kids. So, I say it's way better than shi##y!

Your old bed looked like it had much higher build quality then the malm. I have had the malm in a king for 3 years now. Decent bed.
