i rather listen to this on replay when i'm working out than listen to music.

i go mental and completly switch off and before i know it - i have trained for 2 hours.
the crying and the shouting and the thunder makes it 10 times better.
maybe i'm a complete psyco- but trust me guys try it and you'll see what i mean.
