After having side effects from every prescription drug ever given to me by doctors, I will never use a statin drug. Most everyone I know is on statins, and the side effects are not worth it. Better nutrition is the cure for high cholesterol.

Alot of people have side effects from statins. A great site to read the side effects is ask a patient . com. I know 3 whot took lipitor who's joins became so bad they could barely get out of bed. They were eventually taken off the drug and luckly went back to normal.
