The 1st time I heard Vanessa play was in the early 80's. I know she is wickedly hot on her axx. But she really has to come out with some new fresh music. PS: Venessa. I only wish I could play my guitar as good as you on the violin.

I love Vanessa's violin cover of the Beatles' "Because". It's brilliant because this Beatles song is based on a classical record played backwards. Too cool. I've heard John Lennon say it was Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata"; I thought all these years that it was J.S. Bach's "Air on the G String". It's lovely how the Beatles & G.Martin brought classical music into their songs; many of their tunes have a classical/hymnal feel. It appears that their music is now beloved among classical musicians too.

A figure skating couple, Meryl Davis and Charlie White, skated to parts of this version of "Because" in their program last year. Anyone who loves this music should look them up on youtube as well (they also used Eleanor Rigby and Eleanor's Dream).
