Did you really mean the mechanical floor's ( dark ring's) or another floor?! You can see what i mean on many photos of the Twin Tower's, there were 2 darker ring's (double floor mechanical)these rings ware bent outwards!You can not them in this video, but in many other!

The bulge is the mechanical floors (75 and 76). There were two such sections in each building, one of them 1/3rd of the way up and the other 2/3rd of the way up (it's also recognizable because it forms a darker grey band). The columns on these two floors bulged outward somewhat because they were thicker and more robust on the mechanical floors. There's nothing suspicious about it. That bulge existed for 30 years before 9/11.
