tbf, i believe she got in the truck, seeing that he wasnt actually fourteen, because she had spoken to him for like three to six hours a day and felt that she knew him and trusted him. true, she shouldve had some sense to not get in the truck with him because she didnt properly know who he was - but she's only thirteen, she may have been too young to understand what was happening.
