1) She's usually undressed (most Toonettes on this show always wear clothes at all times)

2) She has a french accent (French accents are typically sexy)

3) She's a skunk (appeals to the furries)

1. Lack of clothes (Sal does get a vest in season 2, however)

2. Similar voices (Do do'h, since they're voiced by the same person.)

3. They're both anthros (a skunk & a squirrel), which does appeal to furry fans.

4. Both end up wanting affection in ways, but at least Sally has Sonic. Fifi is generally alone--le sigh, boo hoo--until Hampton dates her.
