This is a good sign while gutting an animal for several reasons. A. it is easier B.water,heat,and a medium of growth are the 3 things Bactria must have to proper survive, if you cut one short, you have the same result as you would with a flame. no fuel, no light, less chance of spoilage.

The traditional way is to clearcut forests to grow vegetables and livestock resulting in loss of habitat for many different species. The pollution from fertilizer and animal waste kills lakes and streams. Then you go to the grocery store where you get food wrapped in plastic and other unnecessary packaging which will end up in a landfill or in the ocean or stream. I think nature would rather have hunting. Besides hunters contribute to keeping wild places wild.

It is a very wise thing to become either a hunter or a cultivator so if a natural calamity strikes you'll have the nessacary skills to feed yourself. Look at Africa for instince; had they not learned to cultivate banana leaves and hunt game they'd have had even more trouble than they're dealing with now. Although yes it'd be easier to go to a grocery store in the long run hunting for yourself is far more rewarding.
