It is so very sad because the first time I remember hearing this song it was by the late Hank Williams Sr. I will never forget his way of singing it but no one compares to the way ELVIS sang it. But Johnny Cash could have and maybe did do this song I don't know I only know that after I heard Elvis do it he was the onl;y one I wanted to listen to.
