Yes, it was the sawing through the table scene that got Moe injured. Its amazing to think that he still got up, slapped Larry and Curly and finished the scene before passing out from the pain. Moe was a real trooper. This is a fun short, good review guys.
I'd give this episode a 3 for slapstick, 3 for plot, 2 for dialogue, 2 for pretty girls, the supporting cast and the stooges individually all get 3s for sure. So that's what, a 22? Damn funny stuff.
Yeah, it's when Curley saws through the table Moe is standing on and it collapses and the table apparently collapsed in a different way than it was supposed to. Moe broke I think several ribs, but managed to get up, deliver his trademark double-slap to Larry and Curley, and then passed out. They apparently shot the rest of the scene--and the rest of the short--months later after Moe recovered.
They still show stooges shorts on amc but they will take a 16min short and stretch it out to 30min. wsbk tv38 in boston shows the stooges every sunday morning from 9-10:30 4 compleate shorts with no breaks during the shorts unlike amc
Keep up the great work guys! I love these reviews. Looking forward to follow you through the remaining 181 shorts! I don't know about the US, but the Stooges aren't on TV here in Norway. I wish they were though...

I thought there was a pretty girl when Curly was doing the rolls dance that was taken by Chaplin he was trying to flirt with.

Hey, that's great! We're originally from that area. The Stooges have been on TV38 Sunday mornings since the early eighties - maybe late seventies!
They've been on AMC for a while too though - but yes I remember they broke them up with commercials -boo!
Great to know they're still on 38!
