Blake, Thanks for the video. I was looking to do exactly what you did to the box stove except for using a small cast iron fire place. Your descriptive video answered most my questions. My main concern is leaving it unattended for hours at a time minimizing any fire risk. Any thought s of installing an auto shut down if the temperature becomes excessive?
Thanks again for your awesome information and design savvy.
ive been doing some research on this and you can buy this stove for 230 dollars get a moter and fan for free and buy the tube from a salvage or recycler place for little to nothing ill have about 300 dollars in mine. even the cheapest of the pellet stoves run about 1000 dollars. if this is not great i dont know what is!!!
Blake you have a great channal lots of great information and the step by step tutorials.i know it takes alot of time for you to do this but we really appericate it. im glad to see that you give information freely and not trying to making a buck off of the great information you give out. im looking for a video camera and when i get one i will load up all of the projects i am working on i belong to a club that is looking towards self sufficient living the cheap route thanks again
Good video. Liked the way you showed the components. Might suggest you hook up some extra lights using your wood gasification running a generator. Really like your ideas.
This is too cool man, you put a of work into that build.
Thanks for sharing man.

Nice Job Blake! Would suggest doing it as a negative draft, instead of positive draft as it appears to be now.
Love the simple auger design.

Enjoyed the gasifier video a lot. I would also love to see a video on the pellet mill. Maybe with a shot or two of the mill working.
Great video!
