ebonys are for the bottom skin. i didn't think single plys were meant to be used as a batter head, use pinstripes or something, they sound better and last longer!

What are you talking about every drum comes from the factory standard with 1 ply heads. Remo ambassadors, heads like that are all 1 ply I use them for metal drumming and no complaints. I agree with they don't last as long which is why I will get Pinstripes next like you said lol.

This sounds like the drummer learned the song, and then the guitarist learned the song...... and then one day you both agreed to play it cause "you both know it" which didnt work cause the drums just dont fit with the guitarist in this vid IMO anyway.... Still its tough to keep that double pedal goin that long lol so no worries, i just suggest more rehearse before online postage
