Curtis, we just bought a condo in Sister Bay ! We have been coming there since my kids were tiny. We plan to live there 1/2 the year when my husband retires in a few years--what's it like actually LIVING there ?? Can't wait ! Our closing is this weekend coming up. What area do you live in?
My wife and I did a 7 day sailing cruise on our 27' sailboat up along Door County. We live and dock in Green Bay, however we had a terrific time visiting fish creek, Egg Harbor and Sister Bay. We had a terrific time anchored in Nicolet Bay, even rode out a storm there. Was fun seeing Horseshoe Island as well, can't wait to sail back up!!!
My family Has A cottage next to the canna island land bridge and my father also formaly worked as a police officer, and lived washington island in the 80's. Great Area!
This is a great way to see Door County. This is by far one of my favorite places on the planet. I love Door County!

We go to Door County at least 3 times a year for a week to 10 days - it's one of the best family vacation destinations!
