I'd be happy with any Champion theme in Smash Bros. They all are intense and fitting.

I'd even be happy with a normal Gym Leader Battle theme in there. But noooooo, Nintendo gives us slow, totally unfitting songs. *cough*Route 209*cough*

Must be because it doesn't quite have the same nostalgia as other tracks from the series. Still, I can't help but wonder why they wouldn't have something like this instead of Dialga / Palkia's Spear Pillar Theme (needed to be revamped better or ditched... too slow) or especially Route 209, the inclusion of which I don't get at all. o_0

@chromasaur Only Pokemon noobs use Legendaries for the simple fact they can't raise anything good, the downfall of your party is easy. You use psychic types mainly, so all it takes is one dark type and it's over. For Arcues you most likely have a Draco Plate and Judgement so that's easy, one Dragon, and one Dark Type and you're done. Nuff said.

they put those music cause they are the most memorable to japanese fans nintendo did not give a crap about other contries cause for me the most memorable are trainer battles lance's final battle (g/s/c) and champion battles it those not the wild pokemon or pokemon center those were the most ANOOYING!

ah i remember that song, i stayed at night til 1 am trying to beat Cynthia, and i started to sweat like a pig trying my best to beat her, after like 50 times trying (it was better than starting the elite four over again and losing lots of cash), i beat her only by luck.

btw, what lvl range were your pokemon at the time? Mine were lvl 50-56, with Dialga (56), Lucario(55), and Manaphy(51) the strongest 3.

this is atleast the #2 song in all of the pokemon games and possably in the anime. SSBB programers were FOOLS to leave THIS out! How ever, it could be for future Smash Bros titles.
