No, it's obvious to anyone who has read both the Bible and the Quran that the Quran has taken many things from the Bible. 600 years later, this person Muhammad probably heard much of the Bible and decided to write his own "bible". That's why there are so many similar people and events, but the Quran has twisted many things. If this was any other book written today, it would be considered plagiarism.
