get the oil shocks and the ball bearing kit if you get this..the stock plastic ones wear out quick and the springs that come with it make it bounce ALOT!

did you know anyone way back in the day that had that hamburger one? how come tamiya still sells cars? do they use subliminal messages in their advertisements?....I mean I want to collect them but I know they are just hunks of plastic but I just gots to have em..did you own one? is it true they handle like a wet bag of hair? do you think if I do paint a hamburger on it that it will make it a better racer at the track? hamburgers make things go faster right?

Its faster than a stock clod buster that I used to race as a kid..The Blackfoot is tha shiz thu...Great starter platform.

I wanted one when I was like 10 (1987) and never got one so I picked one up in 2005 when it re-released. Put her together and ran her once. Still looks brand new! Unfortunately I already had 3 nitro vehicles at the time so the LB was a joke. Still pretty cool to have.

Just got one of these and so much better than all my other Tamiya Rc cars (tt-01, tl-01 & F103!) just installed the sport tuned 23 turn motor with ball bearings and so much quicker, check out my video!

iI did, i put an old school monster motor & ran 15v through the speed control, the resistor will heat up A LOT but if you go fast during your run, the resistor will be put into play a lot less, also, you might wanna extend your wheelie bar if your gonna do so cause it just torques & flips unless kept in check by the wheelie bar, have fun!

I had one of these years ago . Its weakness is the fact it had ( dont know if still has ) is that there was no protection for the front wheels . It was ball and socket steering on the front servo ... If the wheels touched anything , they would snap off... I would still buy another tho , great fun
