[Tutorial] How To Get A Circle Around Your Mouse

I looked this up cause I'm getting used to using a Wacom tablet but when ever I select a small brush size in Photoshop, it makes it difficult to see my mouse. I want a circle to appear over my mouse location all the time no matter what tool is selected. Will this do that too?

OK I have windows xp, so this may be the main problem but I've tryed numerous times and it only worked for me once but when i do the outline i dont see anything, I cant fill it in and it wont work. Hey, great video and all, but when I use the eclipse tool and shade it over my custom cursor and set the colors to what I want, it does not change colors. Strangely, it stays a gray circle. Did I do something wrong? Please respond ASAP.
