Those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds should get some preference in admissions and scholarships, but I have a hard time understanding why Harvard or Yale should grant preferential admission to the Black son of a neurosurgeon rather than the white son of a truck driver. Of course, either is probably more entitled to the spot than Ted Kennedy or GWBush.

They've no understanding of what they're doing to themselves and their own kind. They don't realize that you cannot end racism. It is ingrained in everybody's subconscious. People can attempt to minimize it, but we cannot eliminate it. It's a natural predisposition. Affirmative action, is a step backward in our attempt to minimize it.

Everyone should be judged upon thier skills, ability and who they are as an individual person, and not as a collective group that needs their hand held and having doors opened for them. This Affirmative Action is in itself racist, by presuming that an individual person of another race can't make it through life without help from the state.

But if they import enough Asians (both SouthEast and South Central) they don't even need to semi-falsify the hiring/placement process with "affirmative action" in order to displace White men from family -wage jobs.

Same goes for dumping White women into the 'work market'.... it both drives down wages and displaces White men. Therefor less White mating, and maybe more White women become more widely 'available' .
