  • isahak2007 I m an amazing 5'6 chinese kid and I can easily dunk over people. Anybody can do it, you just need to follow the right training program. I used the 1 over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | but just about any training plan is good if they work that is... lol

  • isahak2007, johnsmithe82762 is 5 9, American and can dunk. what do you mean white guys can t jump? It s (just|simply|all)# about the training people do to get their leg strength to be strong enough to dunk. For me, I personally used the training program over at ( 50 inch vertical(dot)com )

    Everyone knew who was going to the Finals(it was fixed) Dhoward and Nate everyone was already talking about...

    All the hype made around Dhoward (who sincerely doesnt impress me(He`s a 7Ft) so most of his dunks are pretty easy even for a small guy...

  • rudy got robbed, i dont think he should have made it to the final round necessarily but his dunks should have got better scores than jr smiths 2nd dunk and nates dunk off of chandlers back. if rudy was penalized for missing too many than why was dwight given a 50 when he missed so many on his first dunk?
