  • wow the sound is from star wars..........

  • Thanks for the website.

I haven't stepped beyond the bounds of small ESTES motors, lol. I've been busy with R/C aircraft, and have neglected the rocket scene for years... I really should focus on both. Watching these vids definitely makes you want to...

  • The description says 21,635 Ft (about 6500 metres) altitude. That's very high compared to most rockets... I have seen alot of similar sized ones only reach 5000 feet.

I think it's because these guys are enthusiastic enough to make real rocket motors, instead of buying consumer ones. No2, alcohol, and abs plastic sounds like a self-made, reusable system to me...

Great video. THANK YOU for not ruining it with music. I like being able to HEAR the ROCKET... The sound is half the fun!

  • You can Google RATTWORKS TRIBRID for more information. You'll find a tutorial on how the motor works.

  • that's because this rocket is minimum diameter, the ones you see go to 5000feet are most likely kit built rockets which are very lower performance (heavy, larger diameter than enssecery-adds drag) many other reasons. what makes this "home made" it is commercial and can be purchased if you wish.

  • super..how fast and how high.. and why not make a unit for a manned winged machine.

  • what a sound !!

  • Very, very cool!
