The description says 21,635 Ft (about 6500 metres) altitude. That's very high compared to most rockets... I have seen alot of similar sized ones only reach 5000 feet.
I think it's because these guys are enthusiastic enough to make real rocket motors, instead of buying consumer ones. No2, alcohol, and abs plastic sounds like a self-made, reusable system to me...

that's because this rocket is minimum diameter, the ones you see go to 5000feet are most likely kit built rockets which are very lower performance (heavy, larger diameter than enssecery-adds drag) many other reasons. what makes this "home made" it is commercial and can be purchased if you wish.
