Is this similar to a 2003 Protege? I'm nervous about breaking something in the process of trying to fix it!

@elyllhh the general process should be pretty close; be on the lookout for any hardware near the door handle, arm rest, and around the outside edge (especially bottom) of the inner door panel.

I just replaced driver side handle on my '98 corolla. The method shown helped me a great deal even though it was little different. But for me important thing was how to remove door panel rest one should figure out out as work progress. Thanks a bunch - Ken Patel

great video, just bought handles for 2003 corolla s from 1aauto.com cus the chrome on mine peeled off, and this video saved me money on installation. Keep them videos coming on this corolla...on the next one let me know how to take the rear bumper off!

@labmt I'll be honest I don't know, Until I do a video of that gen Corolla I'd suggest trying using this procedure just be careful not to break anything further.
