You mentioned that the program could be run on other linux distros, however I do not have the skills to install it through terminal in regular ubuntu from a tarball using cmake (I get a return meaning, I believe, that it won't install because I'm not running kubuntu.).
Anyway, what I'm really asking is, do you happen to have a link to a .deb for regular ubuntu? If not, would you have any suggestions on trying to install it from source?
