Kodak Zi8 tv playback review: part Three

you do tons of videos and reviews on the kodak zi8. I just got it and its not that incredible. Its very very shakey no matter what option you have on it. It does have a ton of extra things that the flip camera will never have including hdmi out etc. You should do other videos of products or things that might intrest you instead of just the zi8

Hi, I have a request. It seems I'm getting no answer from kodak...Anyway could you ask kodak to make the progress bar disapear in playback, (like the rest of the icons do at the bottom of the screen)...verry annoying for me whyle watching videos. Thx :)

so if i put an mp4 file on to an SD card and put it in the Kodak it will play it?

it doesnot support mp4 it supports .mov

there are steps, and I have explained in another video. using total media impresions any video, and renamed to the kodak will play as a pmp. any video just renamed will just fail.

there is a free program called format factory which can convert popular movie files into any other popular movie files. like mp4s to wmv and wmv to avi or wmv to mp4s. i will re watch the vid so i know what u meant ok

also if u can make another video explaining what program u use to get a video converted so it can play on the kodak from ur pc desktop to help explain better that would be great

the reason why i asked how the quality is being recorded to the front of TV screen is cuz I record gameplay and want it to be crystal clear...

did those av ouput/ USB... whatever u hooked to the tv came with it right? and also how does the kodak Zi8 look when recording in front of the tv? Does it have av ouput to record from the tv to PC?

yes a flash ((LOL)) ((LMAO)) it's hidden inside the cam, called a sensor, this sensor will adjust the small processor , or pc onboard, and set the iso above, thanks for reminding me got a pic of gator appitizer in low light just the words LOL

As I am not that sales person or market person like Jeff hayzlett, that he should bring this to the table, as I have shown in just hours the issues that the cam in psoitive ways , and am sure we'll see that new model with all the corrected issues dressed and called a name like he states. only the new cam and name.

What happens when you leave the recorder on? How long does it record, 2GB? Does it stop safely automatically or does the file get corrupted when you reach the end?

As i showed the removal of a sdhc card and will be happy to answer here. the SD highlights with a triangle in yellow, and beeps (record stop) and saves file never saying Full. Kodak you are missing the memory full, and am sure we will be asking about low battery as well, thank you
