Multiplayer has exactly the same graphic's as this. You just have to use one of 3 available Snow pirates to play with untill you unlock more characters for other faction's and the story.

I can't se any diffrence between dx10 or dx9.

I played on GF8800 GT on my friend PC and the game was slower on dx10. At my PC i playd on dx9 and it was a lot faster.

So i think that all dx10 is a BIG CRAP and the computer programers cant show us anything

spectacular in dx10.

Well... I couldn't have said it better myself.

DX 10 for now and for the near future is and will be just marketing and bullshit. True DX10 is nothing more than some less programming limitations and some new standardization of some "new" functions. Light-years away from the "DX10 games will run faster and prettyer" bullshit M$ and the gamin industry has been seling us. DX9c has matured(look at CoD4) but it could still be milked for wonderful things.

Just to clarify, the graphics of lost planet are quite poor to be able to cope the the XBOX360's limitations, and use only a few DX10 effects on PC. Comparing the consoles using this game is rather stupid, as the differences are just resolutions and minor gameplay tweaks.

I have both the game and an 8800GTX. I was wondering what settings do you have it on (specifically the resolution, the shadow quality, shadow resolution and HDR) and your FPS?

I myself have it running on 1600x1200 with everything on high except HDR and the two shadows which are at medium running around an average of 45FPS.
