  • THIS is very disturbing...

  • We took a mortgage loan in 2000, after seeing this video and a few others we got out the notes and all the paper work associated with the promissory note, closing papers, etc..We found among'st those papers an affidavit of Lost Note, notarized, verified in July of 2001..What exactly does this mean? The loan has been serviced by various banks since the original mortgage. Wamu and Chase to be exact..

  • @PiercedEar I'm not an attorney. There are attornies that specialize in this. If you decide to hire an attorney make sure that they are not in bed with the banks. A forensic loan audit may help. A mers chain of title is suspect, robo signing fraud. Jsnip4 has some good videos about this. It seems that the original mortgage note has been lost due to this in your comments: "affidavit of Lost Note". IMHO, it may be worth going deeper into this. Let me know how you do.

  • @PiercedEar Chase and Wamu may not be the true owners due to the mortgage possibly being securitized into thousands pieces as most mortgages nowadays are. Here's another video you may find helpful: watch?v=lKh3iRNLPSM

  • @PiercedEar There are links also in these videos that may help if you decide to do your own research.

  • Thank you so much..

  • @PiercedEar Check out this article: Chase Accused of Brazen Bankruptcy Fraud h t t p ://w w w. courthousenews. com/2012/01/17/43098.htm

  • For those who want to fight I have found a company that can show the fraudulent nature of the mortgage and county documents. They are licensed and their documents are competent for court which most audits are not competent enough to stand up in court. I know one person who already had his county record documents found to be fraudulent an is in the process of getting his title quieted. Contact me and I will pass on that information.

  • A GOOD TIME TO WATCH THIS AGAIN....REMEMBER, HE DID THIS VIDEO YEARS AGO....and it's only gotten worse since then....

  • yes this is true and it ha been going on for decades

  • No one will do anything to stop them!!! Occupy Wall street, move your money out of banks to CU.

  • imo, the value of a property is IN the property and NOT on a piece of paper representing the property.. value in 2 places at once..? why not value in 12 places at once..?

  • If you paid cash for your house and someone shows up one day and tells you they just sold your house and now you have to leave, please treat that guy the same way you would treat some thug kicking through one of your windows at 2am.

  • Not only are those Document Mill signatures forged, they are clearly computer superimposed onto the document (3 of the 4 have superimposing marks on the lines, due the signatures being anti-aliased to white, instead of alpha on the copy template. A common flaw by poorly trained image editors.)

  • Awesome, we can't even view the other videos. Is our government and financial institutions going to take everything away and kill this YouTube up-loader as well...

  • If ya couldn't afford it you shouldn't bought it. Look in the mirror when your bitching about the recession. Yes credit was easy to get back in the day. But at the end of the day you still gotta pay for what you bought.

  • @mama3705 Fuck you /

  • Squat in your own home.

The whole country is bankrupt and they want us to pay for it.

So stop the system, squat in your home and rethink society.

  • God Bless yah Mr. Grayson...

  • Know your Rights Save your Home Now!

    Without an Attorney!

    970-218-7134

  • i think maybe its time for some one who has had there home forclosedon is to return the same favor and forclose on a bank and watch and seewhat happens why not have some fun with them

  • Yep, Fascism.

  • This is all because of government involvement in the housing market and being in bed with Wall Street instead of prosecuting fraud.

  • @barbourjohn

"Government involvment in the housing market" say you? Hmm. What is the definition of the merger of corporation and State I wonder??? Could it be.....fascism? Yay! I win a cookie!

  • HOMES BELONG TO FAMILIES!!! NOT TO BANKS!!!

  • @TASSOS502 No argument from me!

  • @TASSOS502

Many "Homes" (over-priced shacks most of them) belong to no one actually . . . as detailed

by the explantion of the MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System).

The banks are in HOT, HOT water now . . . and there's no way they can pass the cost of trillions

onto already underwater house debters (oh . . . home owners).

  • @TASSOS502 I have been royally shafted by large banks on several occasions. HOWEVER, if people purchase what they cannot afford and/ or don't make their payments.. do they deserve to stay in their house? When you borrow money (to purchase a house, or anything) you agree to pay it back. If you fail to do that... ur bad. That said, the BS and fees they pull are redicious - I just have to respond to this comment.

  • I firmly believe that we ALL will soon be replevined. The banksters WILL be forced to return the property they have stolen. Nutshell: The borrower signs a note. The lender receives a bond. Those are two different things. If we let them continue with this fraud you are giving houses to brokers who never put up a penny for the funding of the note. We don’t expect free houses, but we certainly don’t expect the brokers to get free houses either which under the current system is clearly the case.

  • @AceOfHeart2012

Ah..., but you would either need a government worth a shit to enforce fraud laws OR a populace with the fortitude and unity to hold corruption accountabe for their crimes.

    We have neither.

  • another thing that banks do is "reorginize" your spending on your bank accounts so when you overdraft the largest withdrawl comes first, whether you spent that way or not, so more overdraft charges can occur, it's a scam, and they screw americans out of billions every year by doing it, so people who already can't afford to lose 30 bucks a pop, have to lose that much more. they're worse than the damn samali pirates

  • @383man

"Overdraft protection" is a scam in itself. I told Wells Fargo to make it that so that if my account was insufficient my debit card would be declined. They wouldnt so I closed my account. That simple.

  • @Shockofsanta i feel the same way, but i have no choice but to stay with the, no other national bank is any better, and credit unions are great, but arent national, don't have easy online bill pay and money transfer, and so on, whatya do i guess, get screwed by the man

  • Very Good Point: When you speak to a "Representative" it is some clerk in India!

  • we dont need politians to fix this we just need to organize and plunder the banks until we bleed them dry

  • Why is the Congress, which is suppose to be the most powerful body in the country, not able to clean this up? Is it because they don't know the laws? Is it because they are cowards? Or is the Israel lobby and its partners in the Federal Reserve, SecretService, FBI & CIA able to blackmail and threaten the lives of these pathetic politicians? They were able to murder JFK & get away with it when he ordered Israel to reveal its nuclear threat & plans to make jewish lobbies register as foreign agents

  • Bank and Wall Street execs from the CEOs down to the junior manager trainees need to be indicted for first degree robbery, fraud & terrorism. They're thieves, pure and simple. They are completely corrupted by an incomprehensible lust for power & greed. They should be no leniency for the millions of families they've destroyed by robbing them of their life savings, incomes & homes. What's even more unbelievable is these stinky execs are continuing to gamble at the NYSE Casino and making millions.

  • What needs to be done to stop banks from "legally" robbing homeowners from their home? That is exactly what it is. How can they get away with it??? What needs to be done to stop it? It must be stopped.

  • Thats the scam. They already got paid for the house, and made a killing betting against the mortgage when they sold it. They dont own the house, but when they secure foreclosure they gain ownership and can "sell" it again and do the same thing to some other sucker.

Fucked up isnt it? Lets build some guilotines.

  • @Shockofsanta I'm with ya!

  • @Shockofsanta

you all have deserved this! This are smart systems of jewish Bankes to get YOUR money and you let them do this for many many years now! YOU played this fucking game with them, based on LOANS!!! You have loose the game, eccept it, you wasn´t so smart to recognise it earlier! If you don´t have money, don´t buy a house. If you don´t have money, don´t use credit cards! When your eyes are biger than your pocket, see what you will get! Very simple... No one can take what you real own!

  • @Shockofsanta

Very good . . .nice to know others out there see what's really going on.

This time though, not enough people will be buying all these shacks.

Prepare for more empty houses and vagrants across the nation.

    "Location, location, location??" No longer.

  • The real estate criminals started in 1978, with the California "real estate boom." That was their clever way of arbitrarily calling a $20,000 house a $200,000 house instead. I hope Freddie and Fannie, etc. all rot in hell. I cheer when I hear of all the screwups and low "new house build" stats every year. They've been a fraud since 1978, and you'd be out of your mind to ever buy a house until this mess is cleaned up, and the "real estate agent" croooks and their bosses are thrown in jail.

  • I'm not sure why everyone is still up set or surprised at this garbage. They do not care about u! Isn't it clear by now?! I mean the banks screw up, we are forced to cover the bills, that is what we are here for, this is our worth! Got some proof for u guys, it's called "GDP" study it! The US is no longer one nation, we are a continent that houses many small nations... Think about that for a minute. We have just experienced one of the largest land grabs in history.

  • Thanks for a VERY informative video. The Congressman lays it out clearly. Once again the banks are the fraudulent thugs. The added bank fees make it impossible for a cash strapped home owner.

  • @macpduff Thanks for watching.

  • Ok now what? I thnk there should be some sort of class action suit filed on behalf of all homeowners that bought their homes in at least the last 10-13 years. The corruption has gotten so bad in this country it's all out in the open like in Nigeria or something!

  • america stand up dont get pushed around by the banks and govt, talk about it spread the news that they are stealing!! and ruining our country by taking away our rights.

  • rofl this asshat voted for obamacare

    anything to get re-elected

  • @1x93cm I don't like Obamacare either. I put this dude on because he is government warning us about the banks. I could have put on someone else but I think in this case the message would have a better chance of being heard.

  • @jimbobubbadj true- but it's just that i've seen some ppl touting Grayson as an honest person and "one of the good guys" when he's got just a bad track records as the rest of them

now he's jumping on the bandwagon for his career

  • @iamazdavids lol...its cute how you think that "healthcare" law is about healthcare

    =D

  • @1x93cm

Thank you for thinking my thoughts were cute. Please elaborate on what the healtcare law is about. If you go to 60 minutes website and watch video from David Walker, former comptroller of USA , you will see that in 20 years it's projected that nearly all of our tax money, about 80% will go to nothing but baby boomer healthcare. No defence, no highways, no education, just your and my money supporting nearly 70 million retirees. To me thats what healtcare reform is about. Thanks

  • @1x93cm

    Here is the link...

  • @1x93cm

And "Taliban Dan" is going to be any better. As Grayson says: there's the "Do right party" (or unfortunately in my opinion "the do nothing party" and the "On the take" party. Crazy teabaggers are dying of obesity related diseases, and rednecks are becoming outnumbered as our cities become more urbanized. The "on the take" party and the ignorant teabaggers will soon be a thing of the past. There will be 20 more Alan Graysons popping up all over the country in the next few elections...

  • wow, so i'm current with my mortgage and it could all be gone in a flash. great.

  • Agenda 21? - The UN's own plan to "re wild America" under the auspices of their fraudulent "environmental" movement. It's eugenics in disguise.

They essentially have plans to herd the vast majority of remaining American's into little hubbles in a few cities. They have issued the maps - Google it.

If the banks own most of the homes; this becomes much easier

    Coincidence?

They plan to de populate earth to under a billion humans

    There's a well documented plan.

    Hard Kill - Soft Kill

    Murder

  • @veberflusful haha, i love conspiricy theory nuts, so fun to read lol

  • The literal crimes committed by The Gansta Banksters internationally is mammoth in scope.

I hope Grayson means it. I do not agree with his politics often. I did not like his stance on Obama Care. It's corrupt like Christmas; a gift that will keep on giving. He's solid on Murder Inc. I don't think he is corrupt or is depraved. Could be wrong; every time I one is decent - NO.

When he laughed in Bernakes face I wanted to send flowers and marry him.

    He's gay

What's a straight girl to do?

  • Hey here's a way to stick it to the banks!! too bad most won't do shit

  • In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is revolutionary.

And universal deceit seems an applicable term for the crimes being committed against the ordinary man.

Time to bring criminal charges and imprison the banks and those who forclose wrongly or for profit.

  • alqaeda might be behind this mortgage. Take their cave in afghanistan against every

house. There are lot of holes in the mountain

  • The law says your "ORIGINAL SIGNATURE" mortgage note MUST be co-located at the same bank currently financing the loan. A "copy" of the original note will not suffice, just as a "copy" of a dollar bill does not equal a dollar. If your mortgage company cannot locate your original signed note ("wet ink" signature) they can be sued for the mortgage +3 times that amount. If the mortgage is in MERS, the original most likely is lost. DO NOT RE-FINANCE! It gives them a "new" signature.

  • I received a letter from Chase Bank about several programs they offer if I need mortgage assistance. Expressing how they want to help me to avoid foreclosure and asking me to call this 800 number immediately. I call and Akmeed answers from a call center in India. He doesn't know what the hell I am talking about and I can't reach anybody that does. I wrote Chase by Certified Mail to request help and they never replied. They have no intention to help anyone. Only to help themselves

  • awwwwwww they were making a killing on every house sale where they get thousands off one buyer then take it back and do it again to the next buyer and so on,bad record keeping my ass they were looping to avoid getting caught hmmmmmm interesting.

  • LIAR LIAR!! YOU NEED TO GO!!

  • baaaa baaaa baaaaa baaaa baaaa baaaa baaa and so on...

  • What is going on in America? How is this permitted. Where are the elected reps ? Where are the lawyers and attorneys. ?

  • @ANTIDALLARD The sheeple are too lazy to do any research. They also keep their minds closed to any other possibilities to that of what they think.

  • Thanks for the response

  • wow, he can read...

  • @jimbobubbadj Hopefully soon there will be a guillotine and pitchfork party in the Hamptons!

  • I like Grayson's stance on the banks and the fed, but I didn't like how he supported the health care bill.

  • @JOHNNYH8STHENWO I'm not crazy over the Obama care law either. I'd prefer universal care or no government supported care at all.

  • I wish we had more people like you!

  • @sarsanch Thanks.

  • Thanks for sharing! Always like to hear Congressman Grayson speak.

  • @bigdad06 People have to know what the Banks are up to. They are the cause of most problems.

  • Fraud is big business for wall street

  • @NovusChaoMundi

you should check out an article posted on scribd,

    'Wall Street Conspiracy'

  • Imagine that--breaking Americans' spirits; unfair practices; outsourcing the customer relations management of criminal theft of our property to the Third World.

Whod' have Imagined it would come down to This?

Good thing Goldman Sachs is arming all its Chief Executive Rats with sidearms.

Too Bad--I Hate for it to come to Gunplay...
