  • electric cars have tons of advantages over cars with gas killing engines. but at the end of the day - there´s not even one single electric car with a price tag which does NOT cause a heart attack lol.

if I could choose a new daily driver I´d probably go for the tesla roadster (since I don´t need a 4 seater yet). 1 gear, no annoying clutch crap, no worn out gears to shift, no annoying wave movements everytime you take a shift, no annoying high rpms required before the car starts pulling etc !

  • The Oil companies are trying their best to stop free energy ideas from spreading to common ppl.

We need to put an end to this corruption ,start generating your own electricity now.

Visit LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM and get the blueprints . Join the Revolution!!

  • I love electric vehicles

  • Why demonize the oil company CEO? Lots of people are involved in the motor vehicle, gasoline and oil refining/production industries. You're creating a false and divisive us-vs-them mentality here with your jab at the oil companies. Nobody is opposed to new technologies that can save them money.

  • @jimbad05 You wanna know why I demonize the oil company CEO? Hmmm where should I begin? What about...unrealistic profits, the will to consume as much oil as possible, huge fucking oil spills around the world, wars based upon oil scarcity, preventing alternatives to oil, petroleum and diesel, pollution, global warming, toxication from oilproducts, dictatorship, denial of climate-change, propaganda against electric cars, and ignoring all problems: just focusing on the short-term profits.

  • @Nichen Wow, where do I begin.. Who are you to say what profits are realistic? I'd say George Soros makes unrealistic profits. Also, oil companies don't consume oil, end users do. Don't be mad at Exxon for "consuming as much oil as possible," be mad at China and India. The war for oil nonsense is ridiculous too, there is virtually no oil in Afghanistan, and the Iraqis are selling most of theirs to the Chinese. I've seen no evidence of any companies "preventing" oil alternatives coming to market.

  • @Nichen yeah so pretty much what he just said

sorry man had to jump on your band-wagon

  • /watch?v=HBrLdupi64s

  • Well until i can get one for under 10k, ill stick with diesel.

  • There doing it all wrong, no ones wants to drive in a space ship or do they need a sports car. People don't drive electric cars because how they are prograde. people think that they are all small pink bubble cars. Make a norman looking car for a norman price, because normal people make up the world.

  • Sorry but I think you´re wrong. There´s a demand for different types of cars today, and "normal" looking electric cars (4-seaters, familycars) is on its way, as well as cheaper models. And hey what about the Toyota Rav-4 EV or the Phoenix car? They are both 5-seaters. You have to start somewhere.

  • I think the Tango is awesome, id love to buy one and put a 18" sub in the back and have fun with it ;)

FUN car but not a "real" car..

  • I work for ExxonMobil and we just made 14billion dollars this year, so Im not worried at all. :)

btw I love EVs, I would buy the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO MIEV in a heartbeat. 270hp, 1600 torque. yep, bad ass :)

  • For all you Hoff-haters out there, check my new updated version of this clip. It has music which will hopefully suit you better.

  • That music was painful to listen to.

  • lol ok. I just might change it...too many complaints about the music lately :D

  • Cool video, Come see mine!

  • Electric cars are definetly our future but lets not forget the facts.

    1. Exxon mobile owns the patent for li-ion batteries. Either way these guys make money.

    2. Electric bikes wont sell because a lot people buy bikes for the noise.

    3. And finally high production of electric cars is not here yet. :(

  • I fly Remote Control helicopter, which uses LiPo batteries. The future batteries for RC Helicopters are LiFePo4, which could also be used in electric vehicles. They can be recharged in 15 minutes and can put out high currents.

I don't think any of the Oil companies own the patents. I believe this is our future.

By the way, I should be receiving my Vectrix on Wednesday ;-)

  • Exxon-Mobil does not own the patents for li-ion batteries. They're working on their own *variants*, but that's not the same thing. There are a couple dozen li-ion battery formulations anyways.

  • #2. Yah, you could never hook up a sound system to simulate engine noise XD

  • Great video!

IF YOU WANT THIS IN SUPER HIGH QUALITY VIDEO ENTER &fmt=18 after the regular video code in URL (no &feature=related, just delete that part). THIS WILL INCREASE THE SOUND QUALITY TOO!!
