This would sound great on a remake trailer. Capcom could at least remake Carrier Air Wing, since Area 88 would imply licenses and stuff... so sad that there wasn't a "Capcom Classics Vol. 3" with it.

Sounds great, but the lead is drowned out by the other instruments- I can hardly hear it- and the timbre would be more appropriate for a bass instrument. You should use something a little fuller and with more high frequencies (akin to a distorted electric guitar). Otherwise, I enjoyed your take on it. Nice work :)

All instruments before :28 are good, it softens the grating guitars Capcom used to start the level.

I liked the remix, which is pretty rare for me because I almost always like the original better.
