A couple things judging from the fact that there was no expulsion from the back of the weapon and lack there of of any flare from said rocket, noise that it made, as well as the fact that RPGs and other rockets have very little recoil as the power comes from the propellant within the rocket itself i conclude that this is no rocket. It looks like some kind of recoiless rifle (meaning its not meant to be mounted on some sturdy platform) Anyhow its obviously not a rocket and not for shoulder fire.
