@TheKusariNinja i think for the American version you have to be 18, but not sure. I didn't do any specific training I just kind of did it for fun but it seems like parkour/freerunning and climbers do really well.

Very cool.  Congratulations on completing the course. I know that time didn't hold up because I was a little faster than that (1:10min, 32nd overall. 30th place was about 1:06) But great run, nice save on the Bridge of Blades, and awesome attitutde! It's guys like you who just don't care and give it their all that make this s!*t so much fun and worth while! I'll be looking out for you next year, bro.
