@digital0707neo the thing is nobody really knows who they are - at least they are not famous. There is a website like youtube called Nico Nico Douga (ニコニコ動画), where people can have their own channel and upload their videos. Not as big as youtube but has its own fans. It seems the guitarist is from a band called 'clan key,' and he started a project on that website..I assume he invited those players in this vid, who has their own videos on the web site? I dont really know but hope this helps.
