I read everything on this girl before for a school project for child development class, it really moved a lot of the girls, they couldnt believe people actually do this to their child.

her parents were divorced before she was born and her real dad loved her to death.her mom remarried to this guy.she had been sent to the hospital because she broke bother her legs her clavicle nad was reported of some bruising but they just thought she fell or something,her real dad went to fight in the war in iraq and a couple days before he came home Kelsey Briggs(the little girl)was killed.

she was kicked or punched in the abdomen so hard it killed her.her dad came home and had to bury her:(

Basically she was tortured to death and sent back to an abusive home where she should of been put on to the risk register especially because someone broke two of her legs which is a result of abuse and the rest narutofanclub explained in detail
