same ask whats your 20 and. it isnt like it was back in my day, driver would help anyone that called for it either on the CB or on the side of the road but now of days its hard to found anyone, not saying its there fault, because it isnt you may never know who you are helping it could be nicest person or it could be convicted felon for a double murder, and no one and i mean no one would risk there life like that, even more with drivers, watch some old semi movies you will see what i mean..

When you get a bear report you need to say which way you're headed, also it's courteous to give a bear report first when you're asking for one... :) (ex otr driver 10 years)

the truckers get better signal because their antennas are higher in the air i think. i got a old cobra with a big mama whip and a 75 watt afterburner and i dont get that good of a signal
