if that gtp was really cammed and intercooled he would of won hands down. my buddy's got a bolt on gtp(full exhaust, intake, ported blower, 3.2 pulley) on pump gas that runs those times. a cammed/intercooled one would of made atleast mid 12's.

lsx motors aren't god. altho they are very nice.

The ONLY reason i was saying IF the car had a cam and shit was because the guy below me said it had that stuff. when obviously it didn't. I'm not trying to pick on ls motors they're very good motors but someone said the cars mods, and if it truly had those mods it would of beat the vette's time. stop being an ethug punk.

it DOES have a cam dumb shit...can you not hear the lope of the car? people like you just can't stand that a highly modded car gets SMOKED by a stock base model corvette. my stock c5 has full exhaust and a 125 shot my best run of 11 flat on street tires if i run slicks i will be in 10's on a STOCK car, no cam no heads, just exhaust and small shot of nitrous, those GTPs are quick but not in the ballpark of a vette, nor are mustangs, cobras suck too

@treyofour I just came from a grand prix meet Yesterday in Michigan. There were three 10 second grand prix's there. They just had a turbo kit with an intercooler. thats 2-3k in mods. So stop hating on the 3800.

The Grand Prix has a NIC cam. His tuner promised him low 12s, but we only see that happening with DR's now.

@ctgreddy Not necessarily, If it's not tuned properly, A cammed, intercooled gtp can run high 13's Low 14's. I've seen it .

GTP had full bolt on's, race gas, pulley swap, FMIC AND a custom ground cam and yet still couldn't hold a candle to a stcok LSX car
