Ed Rendell is a great governor. He just made a proposal to raise the sale tax on certain things in order to lower property taxes for homeowners. He also wants to legalize gambling and use the money to give students money for tuition.

2 if hes such a great gavernor, y the fuck is there no budget, nd our state workers arent getting paid, reducing state funding to education, speical services, nd police fire depts and such,, does that sound like such a great gov???

Because the obstructionists who controlled and still control the Pennsylvania General Assembly fought tooth-and-nail every attempt that Ed Rendell made to introduce a budget. Look who we now have. Tom Corporate...err...Tom Corbett, Space Cadet won't tax Marcellus Shale natural gas drillers one dime (he is openly in their back pockets), when that tax could make quite a dent in the budget of this beautiful Commonwealth.
