  • Do you live in japan?

  • @alchemy900: Nope. Made in England, inspired by Japan, you could say.

  • why such a late upload? lol

  • @fujitsulifebooke342 : Damn HD video. =P

It's mainly laziness, although I had originally planned to end the video differently to this, with a reference to a future video I was going to upload (but I don't know if I'll ever finish THAT, now). That meant I recorded things weirdly (as you can see from 02:55), and I wasn't sure how to get around this in editing, so I lost interest for a while. Also, I have work now, but that's no excuse because there's no complex editing here.

  • @fujitsulifebooke342 : Oh, and the hard-drive in that black laptop died and I spent several days trying to recover stuff, including the audio recording used in this video.

  • @SomethingUnreal I know how that feels xD had the same thing a month ago lol. oh yeah, I was wondering if you could somehow try and make a piece of software that can flash to mp3 files instead of sim files? I'm thinking of making my own lights but for use with all music... if you get what I mean lol, i don't want to make a sim file for every singl eone of my mp3s =/

  • @fujitsulifebooke342: I've made a program that controls 8 lights on the parallel port as a VU meter, if that's what you want. There are no options for the lights, though, as the main point of the program is to display a spectrogram. It's one of the many things I've abandoned and not released, but I'll release it soon if you want. I'll have to edit the code first, though, as it won't even run on my current laptop (apparently, the last time I touched the code was in 2008).

    (Apologies for spam)
