guys standing in line and shooting poor animals... similary as nazi were killing jews , this is not hunting ;/ Its ummmm sadistic unethical and stupid
Even Gordon Ramsey&Hugh fearnley-Whittingstall both shoot pheasants&the odd deer, for the meat,as Pheasant,Venison&the odd Rook, are quite popular in the gastro-restaraunt,it seems. How is that cruel in any way?Do they piss themselves laughing&pose for photographs, with the kill&rub blood on their faces?Watch the F word&Riverside Cottage, all you anti fools.I I wanted fresh meat from a bird,Id hunt wood-pigeons or Pheasants.Go away you stupid left-wing drips.By the way both men hate animal cruelty.
I love shooting, working my dogs and being out-doors in all weathers. Shooting protects the habitat and diversity of fauna. However some commercial shoots can give it a bad name. I was quite offended when after a 400 bird day a local shoot couldn't sell the peasants and buried them. I also hate the corporate types who come up from town one a year and demand a bag of 400. It shouldn't be about numbers but the experience.
this is what pheasents are bred for to be shot so if u dont shoot them you are taking away the life fufilment making them feel worthless and unwanted and thtas cruel to animals.. one for all of these vegetarins if you love animals so much why do you eat there food

It's really great that you're airing your God-complex in a public forum. Honesty can make the road to effective medical treatment so much easier...
If it wern't for gamekeepers N such every fucker would be a veggie and probably look ill for the rest of their days. Who cares, more meat for me and less of these towny supermarket fucks stocking it. Now go and increase you gun accessories kit with a savshotpods and raptor speed loader and/or a Wild Dog cartridge belt. Keep shooting and fight against the ban on lead. Steel is fucking useless.
That's some bravery on display there ladies and gents. Real man's stuff. Shot guns against a kilogram of fluff and feathers - yeah - feel the masculinity...
good shooting and good dogs really good shoot i go shooting aswell its a great sport and i love and breath it i have to dogs of my own and 6 guns plus i kinda am a gaamkeeper of the farm and im only 16 but i no it like a man with 40 years experiance
i have been shoooting from a very young age and o all the ani's out there have a go at it use dont know what use are missing no 1 sport in the world give it a try
oh i love it , i really dont understand all these anti hunting, anti shooting i am a vegiterian type people, what is wrong with u ? hunting and shooting go back 100s of years and the world is going mad , i think the pheasent actually like been shot anyway, and they taste nice . everyone in favour say YER !!!!!
They are bred in a much nicer way than normal chickens? as soon as they get a little size, they are set out in the nature.. would you rather have them in cages?
you should really check up on what stuff instead of just blappering on with what you think.. really.
the more height and speed the pheasant's\partridages are the more you need to pull infront same as any other bird you shoot at. pheasant cartridges can be abit weaker then cartridges you use for shooting pests like crows and pigeons because they are designed to to damage the meat as much so dont be afraid to giv abit more lead than you usually would, hope this advice helps it works for me.
not as cruel as chicken breeding, at least a pheasant gets a fighting chance of survival and at least 4 months of life, commercially bred chickens are killed at just over a month old.
which gun do you recommend for shooting on the fly????????.. ( gracias )

Would you perhaps prefer if these men went out and hunted bears to extinction?
Moron. Take your preaching to your syphilis ridden whore of a girlfriend.

The absence of wild British bears indicates that this event has already taken place, old boy.

I find it very hard to hit driven pheasants, not sure how much lead to give them, any hints or tips that may help,,??
veroooom 2 years ago
aim a wee bit in front of the beak and keep the gun moving all the time even after you have fired the shot. thats how i hit them with a 20 bore.
