Not once have i seen keano actually hit anyone. His aggression in tackles gave him his image. Anyone can do that. Big dunc didnt hesitate to hit someone...therefore he would knock keano clean out. Also...keano tried to slap shearer.....that is all.

@scotsguy77 After leaving the most successful club in Scotland, he then spent the rest of it playing at the highest level in England. Two big clubs. It is impossible to have spent so many years playing at that level, without having talent, especially as a centre forward. Whether he is a horrible person or not is irrelevant. He may well have been a thug as well as a good player, but for me, he at least stood face to face with his opponents, instead of snidey stamps like Mr Keane.

McCarthy being the gentleman he is saved Roy a humiliation by not going public and causing further embarrasment to him. It's ok being a hardman when there is a referee to protect you on the pitch, but being a hardman on the pitch and being a hardman off the pitch is very different.
