watch teller's (the small one im not sure of names)hands and forget about the sound and you should get some of it.

they're very coordinated you have to be able to follow both at the same time to catch them out, which you couldnt in a real life setting

this isnt the actual trick, what penn and teller do is create a trick they can expose, they dont actually show the real method of doing such tricks, so what your watching is penn and tellers trick which they created just so they can expose it to you. hope it helps and stops the arguing <3

Too many people are missing the point of this video... They only explain about half the steps they actually take... In fact, the "explanation" is just a distraction while they do about twice as much stuff as they tell you about.

The real magic is that with clear cups and an explanation, they STILL do such a good job that you have to watch it several times to catch everything. :)

Anybody who gets so upset over people exposing magic tricks, is probably not living in the real world. If people want to find out how a simple magic trick is done, they surely will. I know how to do it, all you have to do is watch it a few times. I watched them do the exact same trick, but on a different video and with a potato instead of the golf ball. its a great trick though, and even better with normal cups.

I figured it out. Not that hard Teller is just good at palming those balls and he only has one small ball up his sleeve to start with. Two of the bigger balls were probably in his lap while Penn was holding the 1st one.
