I cruised through Ruskin several times years back. Main road was U.S 41 with a major railroad line running parallel to it. Ruskin seemed clean, quiet and peaceful with a mix of White and Hispanics with friendly attitudes. Plenty of places to dine at. Has Ruskin changed so much that there's a serious gang problem now?
