  • This guitar sounds very sweet!! Damn fine playing too! I could listen for hours!

  • what's the difference between T-160 & T-170?

  • @wildwestpoint I believe the 160 has mahogany back/sides while the 170 has rosewood back/sides.

  • I've heard a couple ways to play that.. you're taking your time and playing it right.. I can hear every note almost.. very good job..

  • excellent version..well done...

  • Sounds great. I just ordered one. Have you had any issue with this guitar? I have been playing nylon strings primarily for the last several years, and the 3/4 inch nut sold me on this one (as well as the price),

  • Good job & the guitar sounds great!!!

  • Nice job! Nice and laid back. I learned it years ago. Think I need to learn it again!! Cheers, BB

  • It's a tune called Ragpickin taken from a book called "The Art Of Ragtime Guitar" published in 1974 and long since out of print.

But good news! Try this:.acoustictruthdotcom slash ragtime

Gotta do it this way or else it will get blocked

  • As 'dobroaster' said, I'd really appreciate it it you gave us some info about that song you played, such as the title so we could find some tablature, and even give us a lesson on how to play it! I loved it! Good job!

  • Very nice pickin' style and great little tune... Any chance you have the chords for that written down and are willing to share them with us..? A video lesson on this tune would be very popular I think... I also own a SC T-160 great OOO guitar for a low price regards D

  • Great tune and a great sounding guitar.

  • base on the sound, which guitar sounds better your silver creek or your martin d-15?

  • Truth be told, I sold the D-15 a few months back. Nothing to do with the guitar, I just needed the money. I just deleted the video to avoid ongoing confusion. I think I'd probably just go for a standard D-15 (all hog) if I were looking for an affordable Martin in the future, but the custom Spruce top is very nice indeed.

The Silver Creek is a great little guitar, especially considering it only cost $300.

  • Hey I think that's my brother !!! Nice..

  • Cool!

    Good sounding guitar,too.

  • Nice picking there. Nice sounding guitar too.
