In regards to the song, it is wonderful and catchy. Someone needs to compile all of the times it was sung in the movie (because it's different a couple of times) and possibly provide romaji and/or english lyrics.
Well, rifles and shotguns are legal in Japan with a license, plus you have leftover guns from japanese forces that some people didnt feel like turning over, plus russian and chinese weapons coming in on the black market, as well as American WWII era guns that were trades for things like alcohol during the occupational period and a few years afterwards. That makes up a good portion of guns in Japan. Thats why most Yakuza use older guns and sawn-off shotguns and rifles.

Film theme is very good. Sounds like Enka but music effectively describes life of Tetsu and his tragc life.
but how yakuza have guns? Guns are limited in Japan? Only United State let their people have guns. isn't it?
