Lol, yesterday I tried this song on this difficulty with only my left foot. I obviously couldn't do the freezes or LR/DU jumps, but I did get a B on it, and I got every step in the last measure.

I think Consumer Software, but I'm not certain. It's the standard abbreviation for the home version of a game, as opposed to AC (the arcade version).
