Pretty good! Not sure what's meant with "drawn by hand" (both Helvetica and Univers were made by humans) but maybe you mean that Univers generally follows the simple strokes of a pen, while Helvetica's letters are more constructed and rationalized.

I'd also add that while Univers is more readable as a text typeface, that doesn't deny Helvetica's usefulness in display settings where its perfected forms may be desired.
