First of all i'm a Marvel fan(so you can hate me if you want) but honestly, i bought this dvd hoping that it would be a great story but it wasn't(superman the series was great BTW). Then DC released Justice League New Frontier and again i went and bought the dvd hoping to be good and it was wrose than this movie. Now i see that there's going to be a Wonder Woman dvd coming out soon, i don't want to imagine how bad it will be. i personally don't recomend this movie at all.

the reason why he had the gun is because he lost his powere and lex made and replica of him. the real super man wasnt strong enough to fight the fake one. as we all know, Green kryptonite is the only variety potentially fatal to Superman. thats what the gun fired out, and ray of kryptonite. you guys should watch it, its not bad.

haha the death of superman was the greatest graphic novel of all time... i couldnt imagine them coming up with any animated feature that lived up to it.

i really wish this was remotely well-animated. they also seem to have compromised the integrity of the comic to make it more acceptable for a younger audience

I Think DC universe Animation is Superior To Marvel Animation. Marvel is Schedule to reliced Doctor Strange to dvd. That title is no competition. This are some titles marvel should be producing:

- Civil War

- World War Hulk

After This Movie is out on DVD DC comics is also planing on relising Justice League: The New Frontier and Teen Titans: The Judas Contract.Booth titles are stand alone and dont have anithig to do with their Cartoon Network counterpart They both have a PG-13 Rating.
