What helps also is shutting out the media. Since doing that (2 years) I have releaved the burden & Chaos of the outside world from my inner world. It gives you're head a nice cleansing plus makes you more focused too. Also makes you happier! :) That way you're not taking on the problems of the world & are in a better psossion to do your bit for the planet.

You still dream discodraw you just don't remember them. They work their way directly into your life via the subconscious rather than actively remembering the dreams and making conscious changes through the dream lessons.

I know I've been doing it for 26 years although recently lightened up and now I am able to experience multi-dimensions in my sleep as well as other lucid advancements. Keep the toke to weekends/special event, assuming you didn't abuse it and it helped you still enough to learn.
